“This was an exceptionally difficult performance to prepare for, as we were recording both Mono No Aware and LOC-NAR in the same hour, live! The bands borrowed each other's instruments, and helped solve each other's tech problems. Mono No Aware rose to the challenge admirably, and belted out sharp, skittering and loud songs on a tight schedule. They were just starting out at the time, and though I don't think you can hear that at all, they've gone from strength to strength. This performance was also special as the members of the band (who live and work in Montreal) either grew up or spent significant time in Kingston – it's always nice to have distant members of our community return.” - CW
