“Lost Cousins are a band whose star is on the rise. They are one of the strongest new bands in Kingston right now, and the success they've had over the last summer, capped by a very well received performance at the Wayhome music festival, has been gratifying for those of us who are fans. And all on the strength of a very strong EP, Not Now What We Were. Their live performance at CFRC would not have been possible without Alain Beriault – his box of equipment, deep knowledge, and his familiar relationship working with the band basically made this a mini-concert. He taught me far, far more than I ever thought I would have learned on my own about how to record a live band. This song's inclusion would have been impossible without him.” -CW
