“Eschaton came from Hamilton to Kingston to play as part of Tone Deaf, an annual celebration of adventurous sound (in its 12th year) that brings a class and quality of music not often heard in our city. I somehow thought it would be an incredibly complicated process to have a band that works mostly with brass instruments and electronics perform live, but it turns out that Aaron and Connor make complicated and complex music that nonetheless only needs two microphones to record. Every piece of music they make is unique, and we're lucky to get to include this one-of-a-kind song in our compilation.” - CW
